We know that there is a lot of uncertainty due to COVID-19 as it relates to the 2020-2021 school year. We are prepared to deal with a multitude of possible outcomes for the fall term. Until further notice, we are waiving any fees for housing agreements submitted after Friday, May 1. For more information, please click here to see what was sent out to all affected chapters. We have also prepared a list of frequently asked questions about how we are handling the fall term of 2020 that can be found here.

Q: When is the deposit for 2020-2021 due?
A: The deposit for the 2020-2021 academic term was due on Friday, May 1st, along with a signed housing agreement.  Due to uncertainty surrounding COVID-19, we have waived late fees until further notice.

With schools announcing their plans for the fall 2020 term, we are restarting late fees, effective July 15, 2020.

Q: When is rent for 2020-2021 due?
A: Unless otherwise stated on your housing agreement, rent for the 2020-2021 housing agreement is due on Monday, June 1st. Alternatively, you may request a payment plan by going to the “Payment Options” dropdown and selecting one of the options labeled under “Customize Your Payment Options”.

Q: When can I move my things out?
A: Due to COVID-19, move-out has been delayed. We will set new dates for each school based on local guidelines and communicate those dates to all tenants via email.

Q: Should I sign a housing agreement for the fall?
A: If you plan on living in the house for the 2020-2021 school year, please sign your housing agreement as soon as possible.

Q: What happens if there is a resurgence in the fall?
A: If there is a resurgence of COVID-19 in the fall, we will consider best practices recommended by the CDC, the WHO, the government, and local authorities and provide constant communications to chapters and individuals that help to foster a positive, safe, and healthy environment.

Q: Can I wait until my school makes a determination for the fall before signing my housing agreement/paying my rent?
A: If you are unsure of what will happen in the fall but plan to live in the house, please sign a housing agreement and set up a payment plan now so that we can reserve your spot.

Q: When can I move my things in?
A: For now, plan on moving-in on the start date listed in the housing agreement. We will be following up with more information on a campus by campus basis. If there is a change in dates, we will let you know.
