With schools announcing their plans for the fall 2020 term, we are restarting late fees, effective July 15, 2020.
Q: When is rent for 2020-2021 due?
A: Unless otherwise stated on your housing agreement, rent for the 2020-2021 housing agreement is due on Monday, June 1st. Alternatively, you may request a payment plan by going to the “Payment Options” dropdown and selecting one of the options labeled under “Customize Your Payment Options”.

Q: Can I wait until my school makes a determination for the fall before signing my housing agreement/paying my rent?
