Summer Storage Request Form

Tenants who will be living in the same room for consecutive years and are interested in leaving their furniture and belongings in the room over summer break are required to fill out this form. Please complete all fields below and check the box next to each statement acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree to it.

*Failure to complete this form completely may result in your belongings being moved to a common storage are or discarded, both at your expense.*

I understand that by leaving my furniture or personal belongings in my room, my room may not be able to be fully cleaned and that the House Corporation is not liable for cleaning areas they cannot access
