Rent payments only cover the room you live in.
This payment does NOT include utilities, meal plan, or dues.

Whose responsibility is it to clean the property?
It is the responsibility of the chapter and individual members to clean up after themselves. We work with the chapters in order to help facilitate this, but like any apartment or home, the level of cleanliness and frequency of cleaning is determined and paid for by the individuals who live there.
