University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign
Delta Chapter
The original Delta chapter house holds the distinction as the first chapter house built specifically for an Alpha Epsilon Pi chapter. It was sold in 1963, when the current plot of land was acquired and construction began on a new house. In 2007, with the help of alumni, that house was knocked down and a new house was built in its place. The house is located about a half-mile from the center of campus, and less than two blocks from the Illini Chabad.
The Delta chapter house is suite style; made up of eight suites, it has 32 rooms and can sleep up to 62 people. Each suite contains 4 bedrooms, a pair of bathrooms, a living room, and a residential kitchen. The house also has a commercial kitchen and serving area, a dedicated formal chapter room, and a large multi-purpose space on the first floor.
