The team at Esponda Associates is second to none in the Greek world. They care about our property, but more importantly, they care about our undergraduates. Esponda is steadfastly focused on creating the highest quality living and learning environment for the chapter while protecting the long-term health of the house corporation. When I hear about the challenges that the local alumni volunteers of other Northwestern fraternities and sororities confront on an ongoing basis, I am reminded how fortunate AEPi is to have Esponda Associates professionally managing its chapter houses.

Our experience with Esponda Associates gave yet another reason why AEPi sets itself apart from all other fraternities. Countless hours were spent working with the members of our chapter to perfect our housing needs. And, in just six months from idea to completion, a multi-room renovation project was done that will benefit our Brothers for years to come.

Esponda Associates was a pleasure to work with during my terms as Exchequer and Master in 2011 and 2012 at UC Berkeley. Other fraternities on our campus would constantly complain that their property manager never maintains the house or responds to requests for repairs. Esponda Associates not only responded to repair requests immediately, but the property management team at Esponda Associates even suggested and recommended house improvements. We worked together to implement those improvements and even strategized on various methods to decrease utility costs. Clearly, Esponda Associates truly cares about managing and improving AEPi property, and is a major benefit to Alpha Epsilon Pi Brothers.

Last year I woke up to one of the worst emergencies a house manager could ever face, a fire in the house. The fire department was called and no one was hurt. Despite it being the dead of night, within hours Esponda Associates arrived at the house. They knew exactly what to do and helped myself and the other Brothers feel comfortable in what would happen next. Actions speak louder than words and on the day of my emergency Esponda came through.
