The Mu Deuteron chapter house was designed and built as a collaboration between Mu Deuteron Alumni, Alumni from other chapters, and the International Fraternity. It was dedicated in 1965 and built to support the rapidly growing chapter.

The house has 33 bedrooms, many of them large enough to support triple occupancy. There is a commercial kitchen, dedicated study room, and dining space. On top of that, there is a large amount of multipurpose space.

The bedrooms are furnished with a bed and a dresser.
