Kappa Upsilon Chapter

The origins of this house are a bit of a mystery, but as best we can tell the house was built sometime in the late 1800’s or early 1900’s! The chapter house was purchased in 1985 and has been Kappa Upsilon’s home ever since.

Located less than a half mile from the KU football stadium, and only a mile to the heart of campus, the house has 19 bedrooms and can accommodate 34 people. It has a formal chapter room, an informal living room, a commercial kitchen and dedicated dining space, and a plethora of multi-purpose space in the basement.
