Indiana University
Beta Iota Chapter
Located in the heard of Indiana’s Greek row, the Beta Iota chapter house was formally dedicated in 1967. Over the years, multiple renovations have been completed in order to ensure that the house is able to support the chapter, including bedrooms and bathrooms that were renovated summer 2019.
The house has 30 bedrooms and sleeps 62 people. It has a multi-purpose dining and social room, a formal chapter room used for meetings and studying, and a semi-formal used for smaller meetings, watching TV, and plenty of other chapter events. A large fenced in backyard with a full basketball court and deck round out the highlights of this house.
