The new Iota Beta chapter house is just steps away from Illinois State campus and is one of the premier Greek houses at ISU.

Designed to accommodate up to 40 residents, the home offers spacious bedrooms, upgraded bathrooms, an expansive dining hall, multiple living spaces, and a private central courtyard. The house is directly across from CEFCU Arena.
