Phi Gamma Chapter

The Phi Gamma chapter house was dedicated in 1959, it was built in an ultra-modern style for the time. That house was torn down in 2006 and the new house was dedicated and opened in 2010.

Located on UF’s campus, less than a half mile from The Swamp, the current chapter house has 42 bedrooms and can sleep 44 students. The bedrooms are set up jack-and-jill style, with two bedrooms sharing a bathroom in between.

Each floor has common space that the brothers utilize for different purposes. The first floor boasts a full commercial kitchen and dining space, a room that has been repurposed into a gym, and a laundry room. The front of the house is beautifully landscaped and the back of the house has a basketball court, a deck, and a large amount of space for the Brothers to take advantage of the Florida weather.
