Bradley University
Beta Upsilon Chapter
Located on Fredonia Avenue in Peoria, Illinois, the house at Bradley is steps from campus and a mere 5 minute walk to the center of campus.
The Beta Upsilon chapter has occupied the house at Bradley for decades, since it was built for the chapter and formally dedicated in 1962. It is believed to be the first dedicated fraternity house on what many consider Bradley’s fraternity and sorority row, as well as the first fraternity house built to be “fire-safe.”
