Esponda Associates Request for Meal Plan Accommodation

The standard housing agreement for your chapter includes participation in the chapter meal plan. Per your housing agreement:

“Full payment of Room and Board shall entitle Student to meals during the terms of Agreement. All Students living at Premises are required to participate in Corporation’s meal plan, unless excused in writing by Corporation. Student shall make Corporation aware of any reason that they feel they cannot participate in the meal plan prior to the start of academic year via email to [email protected]. If Student provides Corporation with notice of a medical condition which may impact their ability to participate in meal plan, Student agrees to work with Corporation and food service provider to create a personalized menu catered to their needs. At no time is Corporation obligated to release Student from meal plan or refund monies due simply because Student has informed Corporation of a medical condition.

If Student is excused from participating in meal plan prior to the start of meal service, Student will receive a credit for $1,500.00, the estimated cost of food for the academic year. If Student is excused from participating in meal plan after the start of meal service, Student will receive a prorated credit for the cost of food for the remaining meal service.”
